LastID is licensed to You (End-User) by LastID Co., located and registered at 53166 Fancher Rd E, Edwall, Washington 99008, United States ("Licensor"), for use only under the terms of this License Agreement.
By downloading the Licensed Application from Apple's software distribution platform ("App Store") and Google's software distribution platform ("Play Store"), and any update thereto (as permitted by this License Agreement), You indicate that You agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, and that You accept this License Agreement. App Store and Play Store are referred to in this License Agreement as the "Services."
The parties acknowledge that the Services are not a Party to this License Agreement and are not bound by any provisions or obligations with regard to the Licensed Application, such as warranty, liability, maintenance, or support thereof. LastID Co., not the Services, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content.
This License Agreement may not provide for usage rules that conflict with the latest Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Google Play Terms of Service ("Usage Rules"). LastID Co. acknowledges it has reviewed the Usage Rules and that this License Agreement is not in conflict with them.
LastID, when purchased or downloaded through the Services, is licensed to You for use only under the terms of this License Agreement. The Licensor reserves all rights not expressly granted to You. LastID is to be used on devices that operate with Apple's operating systems ("iOS" and "Mac OS") or Google's operating system ("Android").
LastID ("Licensed Application") is software created to stop impersonation of identities and allow confidence in action, customized for iOS and Android mobile devices ("Devices"). It is used to verify trusted contacts out of band to ensure you are communicating with who you expect.
The Licensed Application is not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (HIPAA, FISMA, etc.). If your interactions are subject to such laws, you may not use the Licensed Application. You may not use it in any way that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
2.1 You are given a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Licensed Application on any Devices you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules, except that it may also be used by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
2.2 This license governs all updates unless a separate license is provided for such update.
2.3 You may not share, sell, rent, lend, lease, or redistribute the Licensed Application (unless permitted by the Usage Rules and with LastID Co.'s written consent).
2.4 You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code (except with LastID Co.'s prior written consent).
2.5 You may not copy or alter the Licensed Application except as authorized. Backup copies are allowed only on your own Devices. Remove the app before selling any Device.
2.6 Violations may result in prosecution and damages.
2.7 Licensor reserves the right to modify licensing terms.
2.8 You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Licensed Application.
Licensor may modify technical specifications at any time.
The Licensor is solely responsible for maintenance and support. You can reach the Licensor via the App Store or Play Store contact.
LastID Co. and the End-User acknowledge that the Services have no obligation to furnish maintenance or support.
Licensor may access your content and personal information subject to your agreements and privacy policy: https://lastid.co/privacy-policy.
Licensor may collect technical data (device, system, app version) for support, updates, and improvement, provided it doesn't personally identify you.
The Licensed Application may allow users to submit content ("Contributions"). By doing so, you represent and warrant that your content:
Violations may result in termination or suspension of your access.
You agree we may use information and feedback consistent with the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your Contributions but grant us the right to use feedback for improvement without compensation.
Licensor's liability is limited to intent or gross negligence. Liability for minor negligence applies only to essential duties and is limited to typical foreseeable damages.
Licensor takes no responsibility for damages from breaches of obligations in Section 2. Back up your data; modified apps may lose access.
Licensor warrants the app is malware-free and works as described. No warranty applies for misuse, modification, or third-party interference.
Report defects to support@lastid.co within 30 days of discovery.
If confirmed defective, LastID Co. may repair or replace it.
You may request a refund from the Store Operator; they have no other warranty obligations.
LastID Co. is responsible for all product claims, including liability, non-conformance with legal requirements, and consumer protection or privacy issues.
You represent that you are not located in a sanctioned country and are not on any U.S. Government prohibited-party list.

The license is valid until terminated by either party. It terminates automatically if you violate any term. Upon termination, destroy all copies of the application.
LastID Co. complies with applicable third-party terms. Apple and Google (and their subsidiaries) are third-party beneficiaries and may enforce this License Agreement.
In case of third-party IP claims, LastID Co. (not the Services) is solely responsible for defense, settlement, and resolution.
This License Agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
If any term is invalid, remaining terms remain effective. Invalid terms will be replaced by valid ones achieving the same purpose.
Changes or amendments are valid only in writing. This clause itself can only be waived in writing.
